Acute Coronary Syndrome and 12 Lead ECG Interpretation Nearly 1.5 million Acute Myocardial Infarctions occur each year in the United States and about 1/3 of those end in death. This course will focus on the 12 lead ECG as a tool for quick assessment of ischemia, injury and infarction.
